We’re YR Live. We create personalisation experiences for live events and retail installations via a world’s first to the event industry - YR Designer. A unique ‘live’ digital design and print studio, YR Designer can customise items like t-shirts, tote bags or key rings, and lots more besides, within minutes. Our vision? But enough about us. Let's tell you a bit about what you’ll be doing here.
This brand new role involves working on multiple accounts, including predominantly acting as the day-to-day contact for on one of our key retail clients. As well as initiating, planning, controlling and delivering a range of projects from start to finish, we'll rely on you to manage client expectations and help cement and move the relationship forward. Identifying opportunities to grow the account will be important too, as will creating budgets and making sure profit goals are met. Attending client meetings, contributing to internal brainstorms and strategy meetings, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and making sure we deliver to the highest standards – you’ll be responsible for all of this, and more.
A great opportunity to spread your wings and develop in a fast-paced, happy and exciting working environment, you’ll need proven experience in a software or creative/design agency and a good understanding of the retail sector. You’ll also need a proven ability to help ensure each project remains on track for delivery on time and within budget. Empathy with a client’s needs is important too, as is the confidence to defend an idea and upsell when appropriate. Commercially minded, well-organised and a stickler for delivering the very best work, you’re great at creating and delivering presentations and negotiating with suppliers too. In short, you’re just the person for this brilliant job.
