We’re YR Live. We create personalisation experiences for live events and retail installations via a world’s first to the event industry - YR Designer. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure the success of a range of ongoing, interdependent technical and business-focused projects, through supporting and managing your multi-disciplinary team. You will enable the team to deliver value by removing obstacles and blockers and creating the right environment for them to continuously improve. Ensuring software and hardware products are built to an appropriate level of quality will be vital. Your ultimate goal will be to successfully deliver retail and event installations that consistently exceed client expectations. Along the way, you’ll play your part in planning at a strategic and project-based level and get stuck into the detail on projects to make things happen.

Proactive, self-confident and adaptable, you're great at dealing with ambiguity and changing and evolving priorities too, not to mention identifying new opportunities. A minimum of 5 years experience in a Delivery Manager or equivalent role is a must. A high technical aptitude is a given, as is excellent attention to detail and accuracy and calmness under pressure. We’ll also be looking for strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with teams. And, if you’ve worked with Agile management methodologies, even better (although this is not a deal breaker).
