For our 8th consecutive year in a row, team YR took our live in print set-up to the prestigious Cannes Lions Festival.
This year we rocked out on the YouTube beach!
Celebrating creativity, experts in communications, marketing, entertainment design and tech are in Cannes to find out where the industry is heading and see stand-out creative work awarded at the event. A Lion is recognised the world over as the ultimate creative accolade and a shining symbol of industry-shaping work. It truly is the one to win.
At the YouTube Beach, designed by Set Live, guests were able to meet the producers creators and brands that are shaping today’s culture at one of the Lightning Talks or take on a YouTube Challenge and slide into a 360 adventure. Guests could print and design custom YouTube beach t-shirts and tanks with our team at YR Live on the Boulevard de la Croisette with queues filling the beach for the entire week!
On the closing Friday, YouTube celebrated diversity and LGBT+ inclusion for the Pride parade. Our beachwear design station swapped over to rainbow design palettes to celebrate in style!
